30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging with all included power adapters or remote controls (if applicable).
  • Return Window: You have a full 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to initiate a return request.

Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For these cases:

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • You may choose either a full refund or a replacement item

Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may still return the item provided it is unused and in its original condition.

For "change of mind" returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

Exchange Policy

We are happy to help customers exchange their item for another design or color of equal value.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us at Support@MichelleInkWorks.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to exchange
  • The replacement item you prefer

Shipping for Exchanges

  • For defective items, exchange shipping is completely free.
  • For non-defective exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping, and MichelleInkWorks will ship the replacement item free of charge.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Refunds and Fees

No Restocking Fees: MichelleInkWorks does not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged items.

Refund Processing: After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
